Malcolm Mills - Cinemills Director of Marketing and Sales Recently Visited Warner Brothers, Studios Leavesden, UK

Malcolm Mills recently returned from the UK after visiting the Warner Brothers, Studios Leavesden. He spent about a week visiting his home country, and following up with the lights built for Warner Brothers a few months back.

His visit was great timing, especially, the London Olympic Games was in town.

 Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden (formerly known as Leavesden Film Studios; colloquially Leavesden Studios or simply Leavesden), is a film and media complex owned by Warner Bros. The studios and backlot sit on the site of the former Rolls-Royce plc factory at Leavesden Aerodrome, which was an important centre of aircraft production during World War II. Cinemills LEDZ Getting Eight Superspots Ready for Tony Nako

Michigan Motion Pictures Studios, in Pontiac, MI. is gearing up for eight Superspots for Tony Nako, Gaffer for films like; "Drive," and, "Valkyrie".

The LEDZ SUPERSPOT is extremely robust with an all aluminum housing and yoke system with junior mounting pin. It has a slim profile so can be used in a multiple of lighting setups utilizing minimal space. The fixture produces no sound and very minimal heat, making it studio friendly.  There are two built in dimmers on the fixture which allow for 100% - 0 output control with minimal color shift. The LEDZ SUPERSPOT comes complete with a switchable power supply unit 110v -240v AC, extension cable with on/off switch. Cinemills Lit - Student Film Wins Top Prize for the Semester

Recently, Cinemills was invited to screen the finalist for LACC's  Selected Student Films, Spring 2012. The Cinemills four light kit was used in one of the short films "Cain," produced and directed by Enzo Williams.

The day after the screening, the winner was revealed by the faculty. "Cain" was the top winner.
