Cine Gear 2014

CINEMILLS will be returning to Cine Gear, 2014. Come by and visit us at our exterior location in booth 203.

We are showcasing our growing fleet of Sprinter Vans - fully loaded with our lighting technology. We will also have customize Silver Bullets (12/18K and 20K Units) in display.

The Expo is on Friday, June 6th 2-9pm & Saturday, June 7th 10am-5pm at Paramount Pictures in Hollywood.

Motion Picture Lighting and Grip Stopped by CINEMILLS for an Interview

Last week, Motion Picture Lighting and Grip stopped by CINEMILLS to interview, Malcolm Mills (Director of Sales and Marketing) and Amy Stierasuta (General Manager). They both talked about the latest advances from the company, and upcoming events.

Here is a glimpse of the new Cyc wall of the studio. During the interview, we lit the talents with (2) CINESOFT's from the floor, and lighting the Cyc wall with several soft source lighting.

The Effects of Lighting

Check out this video by, Nacho Guzman - 'Sparkles and Wine - Teaser' It's a great example of lighting the human face. If you analyze the video you can see how the light source changes, and the effects it has on shadows.

Lighting the Light

During the week of NAB Show, 2014, the company released the new and enhanced CINEMILLS website. Prior to the event, our media team was working hard designing, photographing, and touching up on content.

In the product shoot, we dub it "Lighting the Light" - using the very best of CMC technology. The set consisted of (2) CINESOFT, (1) CINEDISC, CINEGRIP, White Seamless Paper, clear Acrylic, and several different diffusion.
