That's a Wrap - CINEMILLS Promo Video Shoot

Last Friday, CINEMILLS completed it's very first company promo shoot at the Media Center. This video will be part of our newly redesigned website cinemills.com  It will give our viewers a real perspective of the space and the offerings available.

Planning for this video shoot took about three weeks in the making. Our biggest obstacle was scheduling all the extras and crew together. Alas, Director and Producer, Michael McDevitt along with the assistance of Amy Stierasuta they were able to make it happen.

When clients book with CINEMILLS MEDIA CENTER, our equipment cage is available to them for additional lighting and grip rentals. With these tools, their production can have unlimited possibilities in lighting designs.

CINEMILLS MEDIA CENTER is a brand new state-of-the-art sound stage and boutique production facility located in the heart of Burbank, California.

We offer a complete full-service production experience with plush facilities including hair/make-up salon with shampoo bowl, full kitchen, lounge, green room, HD cameras, quiet AC, complete Lighting/grip and expendable packages, complementary WiFi, DirectTV® as well as 600 amps of camlock-style studio power. The facility has convenient dedicated parking and 24 hour accessibility.

CINEMILLS Demoed 1200/1800W PAR-NEL Lighting at a Major Studio

CINEMILLS recently demoed our 1200/1800W PAR-NEL lighting, at a major studio. We were thrilled to be invited in the back lot and be part of the experience! Spectators of the tour passed by Stage 44, and they got a glimpse of the new CINEMILLS CINEMINI.

The CMC 1200/1800W HMI was born from the ingenuity of the industry 'stand-by', 1200 watt HMI PAR; CINEMILLS introduces the next generation in high output, 'household' HMI 'big guns'. The 12/18 PARNEL® is the perfect blend of PAR output and Fresnel focus-ability in one, low cost and convenient product. The CINEMILLS patent pending, PARNEL® reflector was engineered to take your household lighting package to the next level. With a 1200W, single-ended (SE) globe, the PARNEL® gives approximately 1/2 stop of additional output for the same 15 amps of input power required by a traditional 1200W PAR. CINEMILLS Supplies Grip, Lighting, and Crew for Printful Promo Video

Within the last week, our creative team has been working closely with our new client, Printful - planning and shooting a promo video for the company.

Printful has used the services of CINEMILLS to provide grip, lighting, as well as the creative crew to help execute the service. Shooting on location, as well as in the CINEMILLS MEDIA CENTER, the production crew was able to capture a variety of different location shoots.

The production used several different grip and lighting tools. The primary lighting sources used for the on location shoot was (2) CINESOFT:

CINESOFTS are available in a 2x2' and a 1x2' panel. LED Technology with True Daylight and Tungsten Diodes offers versatility for easy operation. On board programmable controller allows full Color Temperature Control From 2700-6500 Kelvin. Also has presets buttons allow quick change to saved settings.

Full Dimming Control at any Color Temperature with digital color temperature & dimmer display. DMX compatibly allows this unit to be controlled with your DMX systems. Daisy Chain up to 8 units on one household circuit. The output equivalent to a 400W fixture.
